Performax IQ Easy + Air Knife

The air knife with Performax IQ Easy is suitable for situations where the ionisation and cleaning needs to be mobile s.a. cleaning parts with a robot. With the 24V connection an easy installation is ensured.

The air knife with Performax IQ Easy is available in 4 lengths; 150, 310, 460 and 610 mm. Longer combinations possible on request.

MEB + Air Knife

A type MEB shockproof anti-static bar combined with an air knife comes in standard lengths. The compressed air is blown across the high-voltage points over the entire width and amplified by the ambient air carried along. The airflow is saturated by the positive and negative ions produced by the anti-static bar. The air flow neutralises the static charge, enabling any contamination to be easily blown away.

EasION IQ 4.x + Air Knife

The EasION IQ with air knife is a specialized variant of the EasION IQ series, designed to combine powerful ionization with targeted airflow for enhanced cleaning performance. With the additional air knife, this product is ideal for removing dust and neutralizing static on complex surfaces and hard-to-reach areas, while helping maintain consistent performance during longer production runs.

P-SH-N-EX + Air Knife

The P-SH-N-EX with integrated air knife combines powerful long-range static neutralization with active surface cleaning in ATEX hazardous environments. Its integrated power unit eliminates the need for a separate high-voltage cable, and the neon indicator shows voltage presence for safe operation. Capable of neutralizing materials up to 200 mm away, the airflow from the air knife removes dust and helps carry ions to hard-to-reach areas, ensuring consistent static control even when distances vary.

The Performax IQ Easy EX with air knife is designed for safe and efficient static control in explosion hazardous (ATEX) environments, combining ionization with a controlled airflow to enhance dust removal. Unlike the standard version, this integrated airflow improves reach on complex surfaces and supports more consistent performance in demanding applications, while maintaining reliable operation in challenging industrial conditions.

VicinION IQ + Air Knife

The VicinION IQ with integrated air knife combines precise static neutralization with targeted airflow, using ionized air to reach surfaces effectively while simultaneously removing dust and contaminants. The airflow not only cleans but also helps carry ions into hard-to-reach areas, improving neutralization performance at close working distances (5–75 mm). With its integrated high-voltage power supply, LED status indicator, 24V DC connection via M8, and full IQ compatibility for control via the IQ Manager, it offers a compact and efficient solution for close-range applications.
