Guidelines for product returns and repairs

Step 1: Fill out the RMA form below

Step 2: Send the defective equipment to Simco-ION with the RMA number

Step 3: Simco-ION undertakes repairs at the prices indicated on the RMA form. 

Step 4: Upon completion of the repair, you will receive the returned item(s) along with an invoice reflecting the agreed-upon repair costs.

How to make a repair request?

To initiate a repair request for a Simco-Ion product, please follow our Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedure. In order to complete the request, you must provide the original item number together with the serial number or production date. If you require assistance locating this information, please refer to our FAQ section. The RMA Conditions can be downloaded for your reference.

Upon receipt of the product, Simco will assess whether repair is possible and provide the applicable costs. These costs are binding for both parties once the product has been received by Simco.

Please note that shipment and transportation costs to Simco are always at your expense. Return shipment from Simco back to you will be free of charge.

Repair costs for measuring devices will always include calibration. Simco ensures a transparent and efficient process, with no hidden costs.
