RMA Services: Repair and Calibration for Eltex Products

Product Return and Repair Policies

Step 1: Fill our the RMA form below.

                                                                                                     

Step 2: Send the defective equipment to Eltex with the RMA number.

                                                                                         

Step 3: Eltex undertakes repairs at the prices indicated on the RMA form.

 

Step 4: Upon completion of the repair, you will receive the returned item(s) along with an invoice reflecting the agreed-upon repair costs.

Repair request process for your Eltex product

To request a repair for your Eltex product, please follow our Return Material Authorization (RMA) process down below. You will need to provide the original part number along with the serial number. If you are unsure where to find this information, our FAQ section will help you. You can also download the RMA terms and conditions there.

As soon as we have received your product, Eltex will evaluate whether the repair is feasible and provide the corresponding costs. These costs are binding for both parties once the product has arrived at Eltex.

Please note that shipping to Eltex is always at your expense, while the return shipment from Eltex to you is free of charge. Calibration costs for measuring instruments are always included in the repair costs.

For the Unit Number, use the invoice date in MMYY format (month and year).

How long does it take

Following completion of the repair, the item will be returned to you within five (5) working days.

What happens if a repair is not possible?

If a repair is not possible, the product will be replaced with a new item within a maximum of fifteen (15) working days, provided the product is still covered by the applicable warranty.

If the product is no longer under warranty, please contact Eltex Customer Service to discuss the available service options.
